Two New Faces, One Mission: Student Success

We’re excited to welcome Pearl and Kevin to our admissions team! They’re joining Sarah, a key team member since 2018, who is mentoring them in their new roles. With valuable experience and a passion for helping students, they are great additions to our team.

Meet Pearl

Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, she moved to Milwaukee three years ago and has embraced the city’s vibrant community. Pearl has a background in talent acquisition and has previously worked in recruitment across multiple industries, including government, manufacturing, and engineering.

Drawn to MCC’s diverse and supportive environment, Pearl is excited to guide students through their enrollment journey and help them make life-changing decisions.

Fun Facts About Pearl:

• Spent a gap year working with thoroughbred horses in Australia.
• Loves outdoor adventures and traveling — ask her where she’s been!
• Has a black German Shepherd and grew up with miniature Schnauzers.

Meet Kevin

Originally from Illinois, he studied at Arizona State University before settling in Milwaukee. Kevin comes to MCC with experience in talent acquisition within manufacturing, healthcare, and skilled trades.

He was drawn to MCC by its passionate faculty and commitment to student success. Kevin looks forward to making a meaningful impact by connecting with prospective students and helping them achieve their educational goals.
